Refund Policy

Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds once a project has been performed.

If you at any point are unhappy with our product please contact us at brian@opusonecustommusic.com. Each of our packages have design input from you built into them to make sure we match your ideas along with our compositional process.

If for any reason the musicians do not perform live at your event due to unforeseen circumstances you will receive a full refund for all services. Additionally with all packages you will receive a computer recording of your piece being performed that in the case of a true emergency could act as a stand in for live music. This is an extremely rare circumstance and we pride ourselves in the outstanding musicians we hire.
