Our Story

“There has got to be a better way to do this.”

When leaving events and weddings we would often find ourselves saying this in our heads after hearing the music at the event. It wasn’t necessarily that the music was bad, it just could have been better if a few small changes were made and the music they played was little different.

From that, Opus One was born. Using our talents as musicians and composers, we wanted to help people make their big life movements even more special by providing new, original pieces of music that are written specifically for their event. No more hearing your wedding processional at the grocery store, or your first dance song at a baseball game, we now provide our clients with something that is uniquely theirs for the big moments.

We deeply value the arts and how music is able to transform events from ordinary to something magical. We have helped over a dozen couples on their wedding day, and as we continue to grow, are looking forward to all the musical moments to come.
